The purpose of Gemina Termix’s service policy is to support our business partners with professional advice and backup. The end user must genuinely feel that service problems are being addressed competently in order to retain confidence in the plumber and the product.
If servicing is required, Gemina Termix will make our comprehensive product expertise available without charge so that service tasks can be solved smoothly and as economically as possible.
If unexpected problems of quality or function should arise in a Gemina Termix product within the guarantee period, the matter is handled as a complaint. Complaints are dealt with as described under the point "Complaints".
Gemina Termix is working to prevent complaints via continuous quality assurance in the company’s individual departments on the basis of the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard, under which we have been certified since 1996.
If unexpected problems of quality or function for which Gemina Termix is responsible under our guarantee should arise in a Gemina Termix product within the guarantee period, we honour the claims without hesitation so that the customer will find the complaint handled efficiently and responsibly under the guarantee provisions.
